UPDATE 18/07/25:

This morning, papers were published confirming that BCC Planning Officers are recommending that Councillors vote in favour of:
-granting permission to the developers (Goram Homes & Hills Residential) to remove all legal obligation for Affordable Housing
- trusting the developers' promises to do their best to find an Affordable Housing partner
-if not, allowing them to go ahead without Affordable Housing and instead make a contribution of £242k (one home?) towards provision elsewhere.
- let them have the land for £10-12m less than its value.

We are seeking legal advice. Please contact us to get involved / receive updates.
